Refund Policy

Monies paid to institutions such as universities, colleges and other educational institutions. Refund will only be according to their terms and conditions. You will be given this once you choose the educational school, you will agree and sign. We are not responsible for other institutions refund policies. We will only ensure you are aware of this and sign to show you are in full compliance.

Monies paid directly to Help2linkServices:


Sign up Fee : is the fee collected upon signing on with the company. Whilst we do not charge any fees for our services, this fee ensures commitment from the client. Once the client has made full payment of their school fees, this amount will be put towards the study fees. Failure to complete school fees within 3 months, the service fee WILL NOT be refunded.

Legal/Immigration advice:

There will be no refund once our legal representative has concluded on the appointment/consultation.

There will be no refund should you miss your appointment/consultation. We will only reschedule twice and failure to attend your appointment/consultation will lead to termination and no refund will be given.

Should Help2linkservices fail to attend the appointment three times, you will be refunded your full consultation/appointment fees.

Application

Should there be any rejection from governmental or institutional services we are not responsible for their decisions therefore, Help2linkservices will not be liable for any refund. Should our clients wish to pursue a refund, they can do so directly with the governmental or institutional body.

Help2linkservicesltd ensures your data is safeguarded, which includes your personal information, as well as documents and certifications to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information by providing ;
> Data security – We protect your data from malicious or accidental damage
> Data availability – We can quickly restore your data in the event of damage or loss
> Access control – We will ensure that data is accessible to you alone when you need it, and not to anyone else Calls, videos will be recorded for quality and training purposes. Should you wish to opt out, do inform us prior.
